Overview
bookntrack provides a digital SaaS product for photographers. This policy explains our approach to cancellations, refunds and (where applicable) shipping of physical goods. For most users of the Service this will not involve any physical shipping — the provisions below apply only where physical goods or fulfilment are provided.
1. Scope
- This policy applies to all paid subscriptions, one-time purchases, add-ons and fulfilment services offered through bookntrack.
- Digital services are treated differently from physical goods; please read the sections below carefully.
2. Trial & Subscription Cancellations
- We offer a 14‑day full feature trial unless otherwise stated. Trial users may cancel during the trial to avoid conversion charges.
- After conversion to a paid plan, cancellations stop future billing but do not automatically refund amounts already charged for the ongoing billing period.
3. Refunds for Digital Services
Because digital services are delivered immediately, fees for subscriptions and digital products are generally non‑refundable. Exceptions may be made where required by applicable law or in cases where a demonstrable service failure is solely attributable to bookntrack.
- Refund requests must be made in writing to support@bookntrack.in within 7 calendar days of the charge and must include proof of purchase and an explanation.
- Where a refund is approved, we will process it to the original payment method; processing times depend on banks and payment processors.
4. Refunds & Returns for Physical Goods
- If bookntrack or an authorised partner ships physical goods (e.g., prints, albums), return and refund rules will be specified at the point of sale and may vary by seller.
- Customers must inspect goods upon delivery and report damage or defects within 48 hours of receipt. We may require photographic evidence.
- Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error or the product is defective.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
If a customer initiates a chargeback, we will cooperate with the payment provider to investigate. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where fraud or abuse is suspected.
6. Processing Time & Method
Approved refunds will typically be processed within 7–14 business days, but actual settlement times depend on financial institutions.
7. Data Responsibility & Recovery
- Users are responsible for maintaining backups of their critical business data. You should regularly export bookings and reports.
- bookntrack is not liable for loss of data due to user-side issues, account misuse, device failure, or third-party integrations.
- We may provide data recovery assistance at our discretion where backups exist or retrieval is technically possible. Such recovery may incur a reasonable fee agreed in advance.
8. Shipping (Where Applicable)
- Physical shipping (if offered) is currently limited to India unless otherwise stated. Delivery timelines and charges will be shown at checkout.
- Risk and title in physical goods pass to the buyer at the time the goods are handed to the carrier unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- We are not responsible for customs, duties or taxes for international shipments.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or carrier failures.
10. Amendments
We may amend this policy at any time. The latest version will be published on our website and will be effective when posted. Continued use of the Service after publication of an amended policy constitutes acceptance.
